dvd decrypter unable to decrypt certain vobs

It tells me that it uses the slower brute force mode instead of I/O key exchange (I have problems flashing my dvr106) but It cannot decrypt one of the vobs on drunken master

VTS_01_0.VOB

error msg: Brute force cracking failed: reason: no vunrable blocks

The vob is only 226k. The dvd seems to play alright without it. Can I burn the dvd without this file?

can't you use the key of the other vobs to decrypt this one? I think the ability to use a custom key was added in an earlier version (after I got a DVD where the official player keys didn't match the content and had to use some really old tools to bruteforce the keys and decrypt the files manually).

you get a brute force error?

get the key of another file in the same vts set and then force dvd decrypter to use that key (via the settings) and decrypt your problem file.

Always the same messge at 28% decrypted:

ok, so thats totally unrelated to this post. Well done!

Your drive cant read the disc.

It is having trouble 'seeking' to the sector mentioned in the error dialog.

Check the disc for dirt / scratches.

If it all looks 100% okay, take it back and say it has a manufacturing defect, demanding a replacement! :p

are you saying you are angry at 'LIGHTNING UK' for explaining to you (in all politeness) that maybe the disk you are trying to read might be scratched or dirty?
....or are you genuinely pi**ed that the gracious author of this fantastic freeware implied that the manner in which you approached any issues you may have with this FREE (in no way a reflection on its worth) program were a little bit uneducated?
if so...for shame..accept one demerit point and go directly to 'free pies' (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7770&highlight=free+pies)
