Use ReJig's DVD Author option. I've read it does better than Ifoedit's Authoring.

I've just completed reauthoring a few movies that have subs and had problems in Scenarist. After the failed Scenarist step of the DVD2DVD process, I had the video and audio assets I needed. I used subrip and subtitle workshop to create a new subtitle file that was muxed all together using Maestro.
I know it is a different process than you use now but it was necessary for me since I could never get the Scenarist problems sorted out (it is a complex program).
Describe the process step by step that failed.
The process is documented here: http://www.geocities.com/syzygydvd/help/index.htm

thats not exactly I have looked for.
It's more like the way I can strip subtitels with ifoedit.
Can I do that in the other way?

As far as I know you can't do that. There was some freeware that supposed to that but it never worked for me. You'll going to have reauthor again with subs.
