What annoys me most in divx movies is the quality of dark scenes.
The black isn't black enough (goes a bit greenish most of the time), blocks are everywhere, and moving or lighter objects which should get special attention are lost in the blocky mess.
What should I do to tell the codec to give more bits to the dark scenes?
My usual settings in GK are divx 5.1.1, standard speed, b-frames enabled and a compressibility value around 60%.
