TMPGEnc and chapters

I'm trying this program to make mpeg-2 files but i haven't find any section where I can tell Tmpgenc the frames that I want to keep as keyframes (and using keyframes for chapters in DVDMaestro).

Once you specified your video source, go to Setting - GOP Structure, then check the box Force picture type setting. Click on "setting" button next to the checkbox, and then simply click on all the frames you want to set as I-frames (keyframes). You'll see that TMPGEnc will create a list of these frames for you that you can save and load.

I noticed that when you check Force picture type setting, the box Detect Scene Change above it is automatically cleared. You might want to select it again if you wish.
