Subtitles appears in blank frames

I use Robot4rip to rip the main DVD movie-subs-audio and then Gknot to make the final DivX with burnin subtitles. In Gknot's subtitles options in "vobsub step 1 - configure" I open the .sub file (or do I have to open the .idx file?) and transparency to "subtitle" (or do I have to choose to "movie"?) and I don't select "custom colors". Finally the created avi has the subtitles but appears in separates frames in blue-colored background.
I don't have this problem when I use GkItFast4you but I don't want to make xvid.

FYI AutoGK perfectly supports DivX...
