Info On Error Code

I have stared backing up my DVD's
I have done 7 so far. Two of them have
give me this error code when I have tried
to play them. I tried the backup more
then once using many utiltiies

Error Code 89030000
Unknown File Format

I have tried playing these with Powerdvd.
When I put the discs in my PS/2 it says
it is unable to read the disc.

The other backups work fine.

I usually use.
Dvd Deycrypter to backup the files.
DvdFab to seperate the layers
ImgTools to create the image
Dnd Deycryter to burn the DVD

I am new at this so any help would ber great..
