weak explosions..

I just encoded the sound track to True Lies to 128kbit Ogg Vorbis for the first time and I noticed the sound of the explosions sounds rather weak or 'soft' is this perhaps because it has been normalised? or something?

Assuming you have encoded it to srereo...

Have you used Besweet ???

Have you activated the option "LFE to L/R Channels" ???

Have you disabled "Dynamic Compression" or "DRC" ???

Yeh im using OagMachine and Besweet sorta.

I had both options enabled... I shall try another audio track with Dynamic Compression Disabled.
