Can't find the 2nd pass tab in Virtualdub

I tried to follow the domm9 guide to setup manually the xvid 2 pass in virtualdub with the cvs file: http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/xvid.htm , but I'm stuck at the part "Then go to the Two Pass tab.", as I can't find it anywhere???

VirtualDub is editor, not encoder and it doesn't have any "tabs". Two Pass encoding is a codec's property. In VDub go to the Video->Compression... select Xvid from the list of installed codecs then hit Configure button. Assuming you're using Xvid 1.0, you can find here a combobox labeled "Encoding type", where you can choose appropriate Twopass variant.
