look at the readme.

You have to export to file your project in your hold scenarist and import it in the v3.

Many thanks

1:In the older version of Scenarist, choose File > Export. The Export Scenario dialog opens.
2:Set the Export To option to Script.
3:Click the Browse button (in the upper right) and enter a filename and location for the script, then click Open.
4:Click OK. The scenario is exported and saved as a script file.
5:Uninstall the old version of Scenarist.
6:Install Scenarist 3.0 (see“Installing and Activating Scenarist” on page 2).
7:Choose Export > Import Project. The Create New Scenario dialog opens.
8:Set the Import From option to Script.
9:Click the Browse button (in the upper right) and select the script file you want to import, then click Open.
10:Click OK. The script is imported to a new scenario.

You can have scenarist 2.x and 3.0 in the same computer but in different directory without any problem.
