Here are the sreaming information results from DVD Decrypter 'The
Usual Suspects'(IFo Mode-Demux/ No Split)

0x20 - Subtitle - Español / Normal Closed Captions / LBA: 8081 /
PTS: 00:00:27.885 / Delay: 27700ms

0x80 - Audio - AC3 / 6ch / 48kHz / DRC / English / LBA: 2430 /
PTS: 00:00:00.209 / Delay: 24ms

0x81 - Audio - AC3 / 2ch / 48kHz / DRC / Français / LBA: 2447 /
PTS: 00:00:00.209 / Delay: 24ms

0x82 - Audio - AC3 / 2ch / 48kHz / DRC / English - Director's
Comments / LBA: 2462 / PTS: 00:00:00.209 / Delay: 24ms

0xE0 - Video - MPEG-2 / 720x480 (NTSC) / 4:3 / LBA: 1 / PTS:
00:00:00.184 / Delay: 0ms

What does it all mean? And how do I correct anything if correction
is required?
After demuxing in both DVD Decrypter and Vobedit and
re-authoring in DVDMaestro, the A/V is way out of sync, even after
using DVDMaestro's "Create Sync Audio Track..." function, the
results were just as bad.

IF i read the dvddecrypter faq / guide properly, that means that you have to configure your re-muxing to have a delay of 24ms to synch the audio with the video.

Thats true, but for importing m2v and ac3 into dvd maestro, I've never had to. It has always just worked!
