Hello, I have a problem witch I can't solve maybe anyone can help me.

so at first I am talking about tombraider the cradle of live.

I've put all the extra's and 3 min film on the second DVD ==> is okay

now I want on the first dvd the movie with menu.

the movie files are vob 9

but eveything with the start of the dvd is hapaning in title 2 chapter 1.
it start with language choice menu
after you've choose anything copyright text is scrolling.
after that the so called brain movie starts (reralness mark)
after that the rating is shown 12 years and older.
and finaly menu I want to keep is starting.

I've changed several things with ifoedit
pre commands etc
But I cant vind wat to doe to get rid of those first items

I've tried dvdshrink 3.0 beta with reauthor the program after ripping tels you can burn straight to dvd.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
nope: there is no video_TS and no VTS_01..... If I create ifos with ifoedit I stil can't play movie because it keeps saying "file missing" VTS_2.
okay I rename film vodid's from 9 to 2, and do get vts sectors...
but still no :angry:

What you are asking is basically Title and menu bypassing. I'm sure if you did a search, you would've found something. It's a common question. If you need specialized help, I may have written a guide for it. I have a sticky thread here or click on the :eek: in my sig. ;)

Oh by the way, can you change your thread title? "live" should be "life".;)

at first it is a pal version. I'm dutch.....

I've tried both methodes of bijpassing bun non of these changed anything in the view...........

titelset 1 is VTS_01_0.ifo

vts overview VTS_01_0 same as VTS_02_0
exept 01 has 78 menu units 1 root
rest entry only
and 02 has 5 menu units 1 root
rest entry only
error mesages by press dvd play in ifoedit

1 no valid dvd volume could be located. do you stil want to continue (y) dvd starts with (fbi wanrning in dutch)
2 an ilegal navigation command was encountered
dvd play stoped

it is working :D

first I took clonedvd and made an dvd-RW. Enabled only the movie and leaving menu's........and dont delet tempfiles.

clone dvd made for all ID nrs (1 til 12) an
0.ifo
0.bup
0.vob
1.vob
most files are aqual in size exept
VTS_01_0.ifo(bup vob)
VTS_04_0.ifo(bub vob)

VTS 4 plays the fbi warning 2 but not with all languages witch you can choose at the start of the dvd.

okay i've loaded the striped movie into dvdshrink 2.3 and lookt in the menus to vind witch menu controles the first buttons. This is number 8.
so in VTSM_PGCI_UT
LU_1 (english) PGC-MENU_8
I changed postcommand 4 form
If GPreg<0> != (cmp-val)<1><'then goto line# 8 [00 b1 00 00 00 01 00 08]
to
If GPreg<0> < (cmp-val)<0><'then goto line# 8 [00 f1 00 00 00 00 00 08]
GPreg is never smaler then 0 so I could have deletet this line.
post command 5 is
(LinkPGCN) Link PGC 60
so with optie in the movie you choose anything, you will always go to PGC 60. ( saved ifo and get VTS en tested ==> step 1 finished)
in LU_1 (english) PGC-MENU_60 i've changed pre command 1 to
goto line 16 [00 01 00 00 00 00 00 10]
pre command 16
(LinkPGCN) Link PGC 9 (there happends the actual playing)
in LU_1 (english) PGC-MENU_9 ive changed cell playback:
time still to ==> 0
playback time (BCD) to ==> 64
entry point sector to 204 ( the last sector of this cell is 205)
If I take the same number, the movie keeps waiting for something)
safe ifo and get VTS sectors
