please help me!
I'm trying to encode a few DVDs here, but ReMPEG2 will not encode anything, It has worked for me in the past, but for whatever reason, it suddenly stopped working for me, here is whats happenning:
<p>I open up a VOB file, it goes through, and like stops at 80%, which i don get(note, it's like finishing at 80%, there are no error messages, it just gets to 80, then acts normal like it has finished openeing the file). Then i set it to whatever percent, check 720x480, and match source. Then I hit Encode, and in the log window it hangs on "encoder thread started" and then freezes. Windows promptly gives me the "MPEG-2 Video Transcoder has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." message and i have to shut it down. What's going on here?!?! someone please help me, i ahve like 4 movies i want to get done by the end of next week and cant do it unless this works! any help is appreciated, thanks guys.
