Is there a way to copy Cells from PGC1 to PGC2...

I want to backup Tomb Raider 2.

It has 3 PGCs.

PGC1 is for the movie with Audio Ger AC3 6ch, Ger AC3 2ch, Eng AC3 6ch
PGC2 is for the movie with comments
PGC3 is a logo

So what I did till now:

Reencoded the mainmovie with CCE. Muxed it with all Audios, Sups with ReJig to a working DVD without the menus.

Than I copied these IFOs and BUPs to a backupfolder and copied the ORIGINAL Menu VOBs and IFOs into the folder where I muxed before the new DVD. With IFOEdit 0.74 I updated the ORIGINAL Ifos, to get the right cells.

Here the point: IFOUpdate updates only the cells into the PGC1 cos the authored IFO of ReJig has 1 PGC.

So I updated all cells in PGC2 at hand to get the new cells.

My question is now:

Is there a way to copy the cells of PGC1 to PGC2 easier?

IFOUpdate in "Adjusted Mode" ignores the PGC structure of the newly authored DVD and sequentially adds them (even into multiple PGCs). That's the main purpose of that mode. But... you have to have chapters at all the correct points in the newly authored IFO. Normally all you need to do is have IFOEDIT create a new IFO from the newly created VTS (with chapters at each cell) and then use "Adjusted Mode" to do the update.
