buying new graphics card, what do you recomend 4 capture ???

hi there i am looking to buy a new graphics card for my pc, i dont want a graphics card for gameing...... but for the best possible capture, can you recomend any to me.

must support overlay ( what ever that means)

willing to spend up to £80 ($170).

their is one card with great capture capabilities... thats the
ATI Radeon ALL-IN-WONDER
their are many kinds and ratings of this type... i would recomend the 9700pro/aiw type. as its a fully fledged gamming card and capture card in one.

their are many other cards out their that are good too. just from experiance i love this card!
