How can I remove the playback of just the last part of a cell?

I have a movie where one of the last cells contains the end of the movie and the credits which are followed by some advertising.

I want to keep the end of the movie and the credits, but trim off playback of the last portion of the cell that contains the video/audio for the advertising.

How do I do that?
