hi.. been there..

ifoedit needs to know the subtitle-colors, these are not stored in the sub-stream(s).

solution using ifoedit:
- open the original ifo that goes with the relevant titleset; select the correct programchain; select [Subtitle-Color -> Copy Colors from this PGC]
- open the new ifo; select [Subtitle-Color -> Past Colors into this PGC]
- save your corrected ifo..

good luck.

Hi!
I got the same problem as above...BUT!
I dont understand what u mean.

you wrote:

I find the "Copy/Past Colors from this PGC" buttons.
If I press it it says "U must select a PGC in IFOEDITS Treeview"
What is the Treeview? And what do u mean by ""- open the original ifo that goes with the relevant titleset"?
Im Sorry but im old and not in to computers..But im learning:)
Could u please explain how to STEP BY STEP The NOBRAIN WAY!
Many thx Andreas(SWE)

The treeview is the up most window in IfoEdit. It’s where you can see the path of you ifo file. Usually there is al “-“ in frond of the path and a list of “strange” words underneath it. Click on the third of it (VTS_PGCITI) and select the PGC of the movie.

“the original ifo that goes with the relevant titleset” is the ifo of the movie titleset. If the movie was in titleset vts01, you should open vts_01_0.ifo

So, you should open the original and the new vts_xx_0.ifo, select the correct PGC in the way I described above and copy and past the subtitle colours (see Kafka’s post)

P.S. this belongs at the IFO/VOB Edit board, doesn’t it?

Although this issue is resolved, this thread really belongs into the IFO/VOB Editors forum.
