After doing much research I have narrowed a problem with making DVDLab 1.4.1 menus and merging them to a reauthored movie with IFOedit 96b3. I need to do the merge menu process to keep the audio and chapters of the main movie (otherwise they get stripped by DVDLab of course).
I did this...
1) Ripped movie and reauthored movie only with DVDShrink 3.0b5.
2) Created menu with "dummy" movie (thanks 2cool, maa, and FarmerDan)
3) Copied menu's video_ts.vob and vts_01_0.vob to reauthored movie
4) Did a merge menu with IFOedit on video_ts.ifo and vts_01_0.ifo
5) Corrected first play commands.
Menu works ok, the "tables" are copied in exactly as advertised, but I lost the audio on the menus.
I look in IFOedit and the VTS_01_0.ifo - VTS overview - Menu Attributes only show a video attributes but no audio attributes like in the VTS_01_0.ifo of the DVDLab version. I can find no way to add audio attributes to the menu attributes section in IFOedit. Anything else I can try?
-Thanks T
