It has been a great week for us! Of course, this is great news, but also:


A US federal appeals court has overruled the previous RIAA vs. Verizon verdict (http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/6/34616.html), thus barring the RIAA from subpoena ISP subscriber data by merely alleging that a user has committed copyright infringement.

The highest court in The Netherlands has come to the conclusion in a case with "Buma Stemra" (organisation for the protection/compansation of Lost income due to copying) against Kazza that Kazza isn't commiting copyright infridgement.
