I don't know if anyone had this idea already, if you did I'm sorry.
What I did was go to http://www.kvcd.org/portal/index.php
and I went to KVCD templates:
http://www.kvcd.net/dvd-models.html
Then I picked the mpeg2 template.
I opened up the template with TMPeg.
Then I opened settings, and Quantize Matrix, and copied everything to a CCE SP quantization matrices template.
Man, that's good stuff!
Gave me great results, although I haven't tested it in my DVD player yet.
