ok, I just got a MyHD 120
It seems to work ok for my regular cable TV
I have not tried it with any HDTV signals yet
I tried to capture video, but it does not seem to work very well.
It just gets the first frame and it drops the rest
Any suggestions for settings I can use to improve this?
it doesnt work with virtual vcr or virtualdub at all.
feel free to move this topic to the capture forum, I just figured I'd be more likely to find one that has used myHD here.

First make sure you have the latest drivers from their website and NOT the VERY OLD ones that come on the CD.
For HDTV in capture setup use a transport stream
for avi, your encode choice like divx/Xvid/VLBE/huffy same place
but choose motion picture capture. Then hit details button and set up how you want that codec to save. The rez etc...
i use VBLE it is fast and yv12.
That is all there is to it and it works fine with VD/VDM/avisynth

HDTV works fine (when reception is good).
its analog motion picture capture that doesnt work.
I tried many settings, huffyuv, RGB, but it does not seem to work.
I normally have the overlay mode at 60 fields/sec.
when I capture this way I either get nothing or it is all garbled up. Sometimes I see two pictures, one squeeze on top and one squeeze on bottom.
if I do 30 frames/sec, then my tv display starts looking very choppy. Capture seems to work, but it drops tons of frames. I usually only get the first frame.
VirtualVCR and Virtualdub don't work either.
they worked fine with my old capture card and I use uncompressed (YUY2). I'm guessing this card does not support YUY2
