Processor overheating

Can anyone please suggest software which can monitor the temperature of an AMD processor...

Freeware would be best of course :)

Motherboard Monitor works with most boards. Link to download sites is here:

Otherwise the manufacturer of your motherboard might have their own one. For example Abit has their own Hardware Monitor software that comes with the board.
