What to use to print DVD case inserts?

I just got some glossy photo DVD case inserts fromMeritline and need to figure out how to print them out. I have PS7, PS elements and a DVD case template for PS but don't know how to put it all together. I did some screen prints and pasted them into the template but they did not come out right. Any ideas on what to use to print DVD inserts?

I have been using the software from this site http://www.cdcovers.cc/dvd_0.php
it has an exstensive library of covers and a program to print them out. The link to download the program is on the bottom right corner of the page linked above
