Hi:

I am a new member of Doom9’s Forum and I want to do a DVD with the files VOB IFO and SUB capable to be reproduced in a home video.

Until now I do it as follows:
1.- Download movies from the web in avi or mpg format, in one or two CD’s.
2.- If there are 2 CD’s, joint mpg or avi files in only one with the program Avi or Mpg
Joiner from Brizsoft.
3.- Convert the mpg files to an avi file with the program EasyX Video Converter from
Easy Soft Incorporated.
4.- Convert the avi file in m2v and mpa files, also one mpg file that is not used later,
with the program Avi to VCD-DVD from Cucusoft.
5.- Convert the m2v and mpa files in IFO, VOB and BUP files with the program
IfoEdit96 from Decision Development.
6.- Burn the DVD with Nero 6 from Ahead.

My question is if are there any other method not so complicated.
