Hi Guys,
First of all, congratulations on an excellent product (AutoGK). I'm not a notal noob at this stuff, but autogk just takes the stuffing around out of encoding (which is great).
My question : Is there any intention to provide Forced Subtitle support?
Cheers

Hi Len0x,
I noticed that it was under the lates release (I just installed it, I didn't see reference to Forced Sub's in your release notes). I clicked on "Display only forced subtitles", but they did not work. WHen I selected a subtitle from the drop down menu, I get double subtitles. Any ideas?
Thanks again mate,
Benno

misconfiguration of your sub_ds filter(s) (propably you have both - SubTitleDS and VSFilter - installed and not propperly adjusted...)

usually you get double when you have them burnt in (avs, avi) and external ones *.idx in the same directory. If you remove idx and sub files from there you will only see burnt in...

Pay attention. len0x already told you. You're getting them both because your player is reading the subs from both the .avs and from the .idx. Go ahead with the encode, then move or delete the .idx file and you'll have only the burned subs.

You have to always select select sub on the main window. Forced Subs options just enable it in the vobsub index file... (and this doesn't mean that forced subs are always present in the sub stream you have selected)

Another stoopid thing from me:
What is the different wide subtitles between letterbox subtitles?
0x20 - Subtitle - English / Normal Closed Captions - [SubPicture 01: Wide] / LBA: 17117 / PTS: 00:01:06.774 / Delay: 66560ms
0x21 - Subtitle - Magyar / Normal Captions - [SubPicture 02: Wide] / LBA: 15128 / PTS: 00:00:54.214 / Delay: 54000ms
0x22 - Subtitle - Turkish / Normal Captions - [SubPicture 03: Wide] / LBA: 15129 / PTS: 00:00:54.214 / Delay: 54000ms
0x23 - Subtitle - English / Normal Closed Captions - [SubPicture 01: Letterbox] / LBA: 17118 / PTS: 00:01:06.774 / Delay: 66560ms
0x24 - Subtitle - Magyar / Normal Captions - [SubPicture 02: Letterbox] / LBA: 15130 / PTS: 00:00:54.214 / Delay: 54000ms
0x25 - Subtitle - Turkish / Normal Captions - [SubPicture 03: Letterbox] / LBA: 15131 / PTS: 00:00:54.214 / Delay: 54000ms
0x80 - Audio - AC3 / 6ch / 48kHz / DRC / English / LBA: 52 / PTS: 00:00:00.222 / Delay: 8ms
0x81 - Audio - AC3 / 2ch / 48kHz / DRC / Czech (Ceske) / LBA: 55 / PTS: 00:00:00.222 / Delay: 8ms
0x82 - Audio - AC3 / 2ch / 48kHz / DRC / Polish / LBA: 56 / PTS: 00:00:00.222 / Delay: 8ms
0xE0 - Video - MPEG-2 / 720x576 (PAL) / 16:9 / Letterboxed / LBA: 1 / PTS: 00:00:00.214 / Delay: 0ms
If the video is letterboxed, only I select the letterbox subtitle?
Or this is not important? Or the video always is letterboxed?
