I found the solution.The problem was an encryption key changing in one of the Vobs.In order to rip successfully detect mastering errors must be checked and file mode with file splitting by Vob ID must be used.I should've noticed something was not right when loading the Vobs.The movie lenght shown was only until the encryption key change.Hope this can help someone in a similar situation as this.More can be found here www.doom9.org/dvd_ripper_comparison.htm
