I would like to use "1 -pass quality settings=95" in linux (mencoder)
What options are used in Windows xvid.dll? I got Nic's build. The one
that comes with Vidomi.
If I am right quantizer should be set to 2.5. How? (Integers only)?
Min and max quantizer 2 -31.
Do I have to specify "cartoon" option for cartoons.
