muxing several audio streams sequentially with vdubmod

Assume that there is a video stream 50 minutes long and two audio streams, the first 10 minutes and the second 40 minutes. Can I use Vdubmod to mux these two audio streams sequentially with the video stream, i.e. the first audio stream for the first 10 minutes and the second for the remaining 40 minutes?
