PGC files in DVD Decrypter

I know this will probably look like a double post but I'm not getting much help in the other forum. All I want to know is how do you decide which PGC file to select in DVD Decrypter. I'm trying to encode Two Towers Special Edition and dvd-decrypter shows me PGC 1 and PGC 2...I ripped both and played both through PowerDVD but didn't seem to notice any difference..meaning both were 16:9 format. Is there any reason there are two seemingly identical PGC files to rip from the dvd?

Eventhough this is for AutoGK, the part describing use of DVD Decrypter is good for GK too.
