Hi guys, I am not really a newbie anymore, but i do have a newbie questions. Is it possible to just delete a vob file an still be able too play the dvd in any type of DVDplayer/drive with out any problems (even wenn selecting the missing file)

Also i would like too say too keep up the good work to everone how is working on making effetive DVDripping en encoding tools and software

Also i would like too say too keep up the good work to everone how is working on making effetive DVDripping en encoding tools and software To keep the dvd structure, try my Title Stripping guides. Click on :eek: in my signature block. You're not deleting the VOBs but replacing them with blank(s).

You can use DVDShrink to compress the extras really small (single frame?) so you can leave more room on the disk for the main movie and it keeps the structure, one way around it..

(apologies to 2Cool if he`s covered this in his guide already)

My assumption was ErikO wanted to retain the menus. I've already posted my reply on this other thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=65769&highlight=dvd+shrink+completely) on someone wanting to delete Titles in VOBs or the VOBs completely. If menus aren't going to be kept then re-authoring is the way to go in DVD Shrink.
