i have a movie and i want to make a wav so it can read in tmpgenc. how to i make a wav with virtual dub?

Ugh, use the search feature, but anyways. If your movie is AVI, then open it in virtualdub, choose Audio>Full Processing mode. Then Audio>Compression>No compression (PCM). Then File>Save wav. This wont work with AC3, OGG, AAC. With these, you will have to demux them with VirtualDubMod and then convert them to wav with another program.
