OK, i had encoded my extras to 352 X 576,authored with scenarist and the new ifo's saidthe video was 720 X 576, so in ifo edit i opened the correct ifo for the video. Then under Title Set(movie) attributes, i change the video: mpeg-2 to 352x576, then saved. Now the ifo still says 352x576, but when i play back in powerdvd it says that its 704x576. Anyone have a clue as to why ?

Have you tried changing the video attributes in VIDEO_TS.IFO also?

I just changed the res in the video_ts.ifo. But still it shows up in power dvd as 704x576, even if i play the dvd with ifoedit and go info > video addtibutes it says 704X576.But the video is 352x576 as thats what i encoded it to and dvd2avi says its 352x576.

You have to change the video attributes for the title (not the menu) in the VTS_xx_0.IFO file AND the copy in VIDEO_TS.IFO for that titleset (VMG_VTS_ATRT).

I changed it for the title , not the menu. And i could'nt see any resolution in VIDEO_TS.IFO for that titleset (VMG_VTS_ATRT).
