Hello, Friends,

I often make captures using VirtualDub 1.4.13 using Huffyuv on a GF4-TI-4400, in 299706 NTSC.I often convert it to Xvid, but now, I'm trying to do some SVCDs. Since my HDs are not very large, I have to capture in segments of 2Gb. On the end I have many segmented files.

My question is: How can I "export" these AVI files to use into DVD2SVCD in that option AVI2SVCD ??
I tried frameserve, generated VDR file, but this file does not open on DVD2SVCD...!!
I planned to use DVD2SVCD in order to use CCE instead of TMPGENC, and multipass and other options of DVD2SVCD.

I even made an AVISYNTH script , but this doesn't open in DVD2SVCD either...

What can I do ??
Thanks in advance,
Dihelson

The last post in this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=51096) might help. Once you have a working avs with sound, you should be able to use VFAPI, Link2, or the new version of ffVFW lite/MakeAVIS to create a signpost that avi2svcd WILL read *IF* and only if you choose the wrap PCM audio feature. The audio must be an actual part of the signpost and not served. VFAPI does this automatically. Link2 use raw audio option and MakeAVIS has a special checkbox for this purpose.

The thread referenced above goes into detail about how to take the vdr from VDub frameserving into avi2x.
