Hello
I just want to know two things :
1 - how can this software make an animated menu ?
2 - When I export it , how can I import to Scenarist ?
it exports a bmp for main screen , a bmp for subpicture , and a scp file for highlights. how can I inport them ?
Thanks in advance

I use DVD Menu Studio (excellent little program!)
It is not designed to make animated menus.
If you need help to make animated menus, then there are many options available to you, but you will first need to describe exactly what effect you wish to achieve in your menu. Then I will be very happy to assist.
Scenarist is not a program I have ever taken the time to learn, but, from Doom9's own guide ( http://www.doom9.org/mpg/scenarist.htm ):
"Step 2: Creating Menus
Creating an animated menu: ...First of all you'll have to register your asset in the Scenario editor by dragging and dropping a video track from explorer on a title folder. This will create a new PGC:
Ignore the purple lines for now, they're only important later in the project. If you have not linked any elements there will be only black lines in the Scenario editor for the moment.
Next, click on the PGC you've created once, right click, and select Edit track. This will switch to the track editor. You can now add an audio track to the video by simply dragging and dropping the audio track from Explorer into the Track editor, right below the video track (you'll see where you can drop it). Then you'll have to add the subpicture"
HTH :)

1-I use dvd studio menu for creating still menus.it doesn't create motion menus.
2-I export the final menu as a photoshop file(background+subpicture=2layers)
3-I import it to dvd lab from menu-import psd file
4-the new dvd-lab version 1.3 will let you create the motion menu in many ways.you can visit their website(www.mediachance.com)where you can find lot of nice tutorials to create motion menus.
5-good luck

Hmmm. Well, if you go to the homepage of the program you are using..:
http://www.mediachance.com/dvdmenu/Help/scenarist.htm
1. After you run Scenarist a Project manager will appear Here click on "New from Script" button.
2. On the "Create new Scenario from Script" dialog check the Import From - Script. Then load the exported *.scp file in the Script File (1) and select the new project name scenarist will create in Scenarist File (2)
3. Click OK, scenarist will parse the script and create the scenario. In Data Edior 2 files (for 16:09 three files) will be imported - the background and the subpicture. In Scenario, the whole basic scenario will be created:
