Hi all
I'm getting this error when using dvd2svcd, I tried both dvd2svcd ver. 1.2.1.b3 and 1.0.5.b3, and cce v2.5 and 2.66.1.7, Any help?
Thanks

Hi Breizoo2002 and thanks for your reply, though I can't figure out what you mean by "With CCE 2.50 don't use EclCCE" where can I find this option, if it is an option, or please explane what it is.
Thanks in advance

If you don't know what EclCCE is, then DVD2SVCD will not work for you with 2.6x.
:search:
Anyway, since you also tried 2.50, it is likely not to be related to DVD2SVCD. Try using CCE by itself, then report back.

Hi R6D2 and thanks for your reply too
Some strange things happend here :) As stated dvd2svcd stopped working as told, but then I tried to start CCE manuel right away, and then it automatic search and found the avs files, and started converting, so maybe dvd2svcd encounter an error to fast?? Anyway, if I start CCE right away after the error comes up, all is working fine.

Probably not :p , tha's why I asked for some information on this subject, I'm rather new to vcd2svcd, but have worked quite a lot with converting different movieclips. I'm mostly working with VD, TMPGEnc, BeSweet, headac, dvddecrypter, vobsub ,Spruceup... etcetera, but willing to learn.

Edit: OK, I have found out what eclcce is, one great tool, but not why dvd2svcd failes to launch cce. Thanks all for your help
Edit2: Forgot to mention that I'm using CCE 2.66 trial & CCE 2.50 trial, but don't like the stamps:(

Did you install EclCCE and configure D2S to use it instead of CCE directly?

Hi r6d2
Sorry for the late reply, I've been occupied with other things.

Yes, same result, but I've solved the problem. It seems that my directory structure is the problem, I did have the same problem with Fitcd, but after I moved ecc and fitcd to the root of my drive and only used the old dosformat in naming the directories all is working fine.

Yeah, but i rekon the price is way to high, I've got a free mpeg2 converter with my terratech card, and wonder if i could use that instead, I'll give it a try first in the new year.
Anyway, thanks for your replyes and suggestions, really appreciate it
and last, bear with my english, eventhough small children age 2 in the usa talks it perfect;);)
