Problems with playing movie

I hope this belongs here, because I haven’t been online for quit a while. I got some problems with playing a movie. I don’t have sound and picture. And it says in the media player that the movie is over 6 hours long.

I have the divx and xvid video codec installed. I also have mp3 and ac3 audio codec installed. The movie is 700mb big, so I don’t think that there is a high bit rate codec like ac3 used. Can somebody help me?

You could even be on the wrong board. Read the forum rules again and you'll understand that helping users with movies of unclear origin, possibly connected with copyright-infringements, is regarded as quite ambivalent a service here. I.e. we won't.
