I wanted to know if you guys have any suggestions on how to reduce/eliminate flickering on VHS caps. The specific problem I'm talking about is the following:
"It's as if the source was IVTC'd wrong. The native cap is fine for a
frame, then looks like 320x240 blown up to 720x480 for a frame or two
(all the blocky pixels), then fine, then backto blown up... but not in
the normal 3:2 order the rest are, this is completely random"
This is the specific issue I need to fix, but I'd appreciate tips for eliminating or reducing any kind of flickering too.
