good overclocking guides

I have an ASUS p4c800 deluxe
P4 2.8 HT CPU
2x512 Samsung DDR400 Dual channel Ram (would like advice on new ram to buy)
2x120GB Seagate SATA hard drives (raid0)
2x80GB Western Digital Hard drives (raid0)
NEC multi format dvd-+rw
Pioneer A05
AIW ATI 9700 Pro
450watt Power Supply

I am looking how to correctly overclock this machine incrementally and also looking for advice on memory upgrade and cooling info for better OCing.
I am a TOTAL newbie with overclocking. So I am looking for easy to understand instructions.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
