Will this only do the main movie? I've gotten my DVD down to what I want (menus and main movie), and need to compress; however, I want to use CCE (because I already paid for it, might as well use it), but still want to retain my menus. In just starting DVD2DVD-R, it looks like it's only doing the main movie that I select.

What I want to do is strip everything out I don't want, then re-encode with CCE (if necessary, mainly for movies that need to be compressed quite a bit). What is the way to do this? Can DVD2DVD-R do this, or do I need to look elsewhere? I searched and couldn't find any definite answers to the question.

try doitfast4u http://www.doitfast4u.com/, it's free and quite powerfull (read in forum).
Btw, when i backup dvd main movie only, i use, after cce, dvdlab to recreate a decent menu.

best regards

I have DoItFast4U, but I was looking for a simpler method. I guess one way to do it is strip it down to what I want (all uncompressed), then take it through DoItFast4U. Maybe I'll just suck it up and spend the extra time with DIF4U.
