I capture a videosequence with 25fps.
Adjust the frame rate to half of that (12,5fps) is just to throw away every other frame, nothing strange about that.
But if I want to convert the video to a frame rate that isnīt equally divided with 25fps (for example 15fps), what happens then. I mean how does Virtualdub deal with that? Do I get a video with constant frame rate?
