the 3ivx guys have kindely set up a guide which shows how to change the delay between audio and video in mp4 files when using their dshow muxer:

In that picture I can't see where's this filter
how it work?

Hmm, thats nice. Usually I just tack on the delay in besweet, but sometimes I forget so this would certainly beat encoding the audio all over again.
