Hi all:
I have a SVCD-ready MPEG2 file, and I want to burn it to... well, SVCD :-). The only problem is that I can't find a tool to add chapters to it. Nero doesn't do it, and the free version of VCDEasy doesn't handle files bigger than 400Mb (while this one is 770Mb). I know that the commercial version of VCDEasy does it, but I only have this one file to burn, so I don't want to pay for a program that I'll be using just once.
What other tools are there to add chapters? Most of the free programs that I've seen, like DVD2SVCD, seem to take a "beginning to end" approach, making you rip the DVD, convert it, encode it... but I *already* have the MPEG2 file encoded and ready to be burned. I tried TSCV, but the image it created didn't have chapters when I burned it, don't know why. Anything else?
