Problems with 2 CD encodes....

A lot of times when I choose to do a movie onto 2 cds it ends up giving me 3 parts at the end...the 3rd only being around 200 megs. I never have problems with single CD encodes...and I do everything exactly the same with 2 CDs except that I pick 2 CDs and check the split final into seperate files.

What would be causing this? Any info would be great. Thanks!
