I installed VirtualDub last night, and with the default config I was able to capture successfully. Then, following the FAQ, I downloaded huffyuv and followed the FAQ on the VirtualDub settings, and ever since this I have not been able to capture anything. I always get the following error when tyring to capture:
Warning: No frames captured.
Make sure your capture card is functioning correctly and that a valid video source is connected. You might also try turning off overlay, reducing image size, or reducing image depth to 24 or 16-bit.
I tried changing all of this stuff, but with no luck. When I try to capture, VirtualDub will freeze up for a few seconds, and then display the error above. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to undo whatever I've done? Thanks in advance.
