VCDXBUILD is not able to make a bin/cue file.

I have really read the the faq and the sticky posts and searched the internet for answers, but havent found anything.

Please help me on this.

This is the VCXDBUILD output:

I redid the whole proces and now it works. The only thing I changed was using permanent subs instead of SVCD subs and that because I discovered that my DVD player did not support SCVC subs.
