Should the version of vdub be upgraded to the new version released?
I see there are lots of bugfixes, so ...?

Don't do that. Too many bugs. I couldn't do simple job list with Divx5.1.1 and Xvid 1.0.

I see the new version of GK 0.28.7 is out, and it includes the new VDUB 1.5.10.1
So what should we do? Get back to the previous release of VDUB or use the one included in GK?
If it is so buggy, I think we should "donwgrade".
len0k: too late
Too late because it is already released in GK, or why?

Before I'll be issueing downgrade I want tot make sure that it's not working for most ppl. VDubMod doesn't have too much users apart from GK ones, so we really need to know exact issues which preventing GK to run properly with it.

I've tested VDubMod (latest CVS) and there is still problems with simple muxing audio and video in avi. I've created avs manually and tried to do through job list and had problems (tested on 2 PC's with WinXP).

A little correction. I've just downloaded latest CVS 2389 and now everything is working as it suppose to do. The only problem now is speed when doing simple mux in avi. It's 3-4x slower than older one.

Splitting in GK by Vdubmod 1.5.10.1
Autosplitting (DVD rip to 2 CD) failed. Manual splitting in vdubmod passed, but so strange...
vdubmod 1.5.4.1 (GK 0.28.6.2) - average 4% CPU usage and 1min for saving 1CD part of movie
vdubmod 1.5.10.1 (gk 0.28.7) - average 90% CPU usage and 8min for saving 1CD part of movie
What's happened?

it's now a feature of 1.5.10.1...
Autosplit should work with 0.28.7.2

Will GK 0.28.7 work with VdubMod 1.5.4.1 (replace Vdubmod to prev. version) correctly?

Yes it will. In fact, I'm using this combination myself.
