audio problems with Winfast TV2000

I recently bought a Leadtek Winfast TV2000 deluxe card because I want to convert some VHS tapes to xvid.

I got the card working without a problem and if I use the included PVR software it works fine.
However I prefer to use virtual dub, but using that the video will look great, but I can't get the audio to work.
There is no sound at all.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

Did you check the Windows mixer and the recording properties there already? You probably capture the audio via line-in so that should be checked.

yeah Boulder I had checked that already and the settings were right.

I found the solution to my problem :)
I downloaded a new version of VirtDub and now it works fine. I guess the old 1.5.4 version I had was somehow messed up.
