TMPGEnc PLUS Not encoding MPEG2?

Strange problem. Just did fresh install of Tmpgenc Plus. It is not a trial version, and it has not expired for the MPEG2 encoding. I use the wizard and I load the settings for DVD (NTSC) and encode, but when I load the file back into TMPGEnc it says the file is an MPG-1 and not an MPG-2.

This never happened before I reformatted my drive. What am I missing and why can't this encode to mpeg2?
