Stripping Menus ??

OK quick question reguarding multi language menus.Now i have a menu that is 155mb, 2 languages ... All,Eng,Rus.Now is there a way using numenu or another program to say remove the russian menu so its just english with out haveing to re-encode anything ??
As i was thinking this should make the menu smaller without haveing the to re-encode

OK if i open the vts_02_0.ifo in ifoedit and select menu extras, and tick strip vob ids and strip language units i can strip the russian menu.
Now srtip vobids had to be tick as the russian menu used ids 6,7,8,9,10. If you dont tick strip ids, all it will do is remove the russian language from the ifo and wont strip it from the vob.
By stripping the russian langauge it takes the vts_02_0.vob from 155mb to 105mb, now i know that aint much but every little bit of space counts.

Now the video_ts.vob has the english and russian menu as well, but i cant strip the vobids as both menus yse the same except one id.Now leaving this one alone and stripping the big one wont affect play back will it ?
I can how ever remove the russian language from the ifo of the video_ts.ifo by just stripping the language unit..

Last but not least, after dif4u has finished demuxing, do i just copy the newly stripped bup,ifo,vob (vts_02) and replace the original one thats in the video_ts folder that dif4u made, this should be fine right as ifoedit update the ifo and nav stuff..?
