AC3 Delay

Anyone know of a utility to report the delay in an AC3 file? I accidentally renamed my ac3 without putting the delay in it, and now have no idea what the value is.

There is no way to extract the value from the .ac3 file. The value is determined when demuxing from .vob. I'd recommend trying a manual sync. Sorry,
