i have captured a VHS video using my CANOPUS AVDC100 and am trying to convert it to mpeg2 for DVD, however when i us TMPGNCplus to convert it the picture (whilst encoding) is "striped" whenever movement is on screen, i have been seeking advice for this problem foe weeks and have made a few coasters (scrap DVDs) too it seems when ever the "striped effect" appears the final dvd product stutters when played back in a standalone player but not in my PC dvd rom!!! if anyone can solve this i will be eternally grateful!!!;)
